Markus has been responsible for or helped shape over 40 strategy and transformation projects.
Dr. Markus Kress serves as the Enterprise Architect at Witt-Gruppe, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's IT architecture. In this capacity, he collaborates closely with other IT leaders to develop strategic roadmaps that align the company's IT infrastructure with its business objectives. Dr. Kress is instrumental in defining and operationalizing IT architecture principles, guidelines, and standards, ensuring the integration of innovative technologies into the company's IT landscape.
Yingtao Gu, as Head of Process Intelligence, embodies a holistic approach to Digital Process Excellence, with particular expertise in Process Mining. Her in-depth knowledge of Business Process Management, Data Analytics, and AI enables her to develop tailored solutions that precisely meet the needs of her clients.
