Tiffany Engling holds a Master’s degree in Business Chemistry from the University of Düsseldorf and has been with BearingPoint since 2018. Currently as Senior Manager, she specializes in the implementation of Business Process Management with a focus on Process Mining for clients in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. She leads projects both within Operational Excellence initiatives and large-scale digital transformation programs.

Ricarda Linevondeberg trained in wholesale and foreign trade and further qualified as a certified business economist (IHK) while working at Edeka and OQEMA. Over the past ten years, she has gained extensive experience in logistics, progressing from administrative roles to leadership positions such as Head of Shipping and Operations Manager. Since 2019, her focus has been on establishing Business Process Management (BPM) in the DACH region, which she has successfully expanded across the entire corporate group. She is currently working as Group Manager BPM at OQEMA.
