In this role, he is responsible for supporting strategic customers with their business transformation across people, process and technology. Prior to this, he served as Global Head of Strategic Customer Transformation at SAP Signavio and led Deloitte’s Center for Process Bionics, focusing on data-driven process transformation. With previous roles at Capgemini Invent, Siemens AG, and KPMG, Tobias brings over 15 years of experience in shared services, intelligent automation, and operational excellence.
