Prior to this, he served as Global Head of Strategic Customer Transformation at SAP Signavio and led Deloitte’s Center for Process Bionics, focusing on data-driven process transformation. With previous roles at Capgemini Invent, Siemens AG, and KPMG, Tobias brings over 15 years of experience in shared services, intelligent automation, and operational excellence.
