Dr. Jens Erasmus is the Global Director of Business Transformation at ZF Group in Germany. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and earned his doctorate with a focus on distributed value chains in the automotive industry. Jens played a key role in the M&A project between WABCO and ZF, leading the project management for this €7 billion transaction.
In his line function, he has built project-driven organizations on a global scale and implemented Business Process Management (BPM) across various units. Currently, he is responsible for business activities generating over €4 billion in annual revenue, delivered by more than 60 sales units worldwide.
