Two global players. Two perspectives. One stage. In this high-energy battle session, Lucas Wiche (Head of Process Organization, Bosch Group) and Etienne Kneschke (Head of BPM, SIXT) challenge each other’s views on the future of leadership in Business Process Management. Bosch advocates for a coaching-oriented leadership style – leaders as enablers and mentors rather than controllers. SIXT counters with its own perspectibe, shaped by technological speed, customer focus, and entrepreneurial drive. Together, they explore: which leadership culture truly enables BPM to deliver business value in a fast-changing environment?
